The ram of this mobile is 512mb but it has only 90mb for apps??
with this 90mb how many apps can be installed? And whether there are any apps that can be installed on the external memory rather than on the phone's memory?
related to an answer for: Can you review lenovo a269i ??

90mb is too low. Each app occupies a different size and we can not say how many apps can be installed in 90mb space. I checked my Nexus 7 now and here is the app size as of some apps as shown in the "App info".

App size/data size

Amazon Kindle - 38.31MB/107MB

Chrome - 67.27MB/13.93MB

Flipboard - 7.47MB/56.49MB

Facebook - 24MB/31.14MB

Temple Run 2 - 44.69MB/240kb

Evernote - 23.80MB/11.41MB

Subway Surf - 33.08MB/544KB

Whatsapp - 16.51MB/428KB

In addition to the app, the app data takes up some space. So in 90MB, you can hardly have any useful apps. By default all the apps will be installed to internal memory, but some apps allow you to move them to the SD card. In my experience, many important apps does not allow to be moved out, so 90mb is very restrictive.

Again, I see this phone listed at around Rs.4500/-. At this price check out Karbonn A12+ also. Review link, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FmvutEukkLQ . Note that the camera on the A12+ is pathetic and the touch issue I faced seems to be specific to my phone(or may be the screen protector that came with the phone).
